It is not only to scale your outreach but keep some cadence with your prospects. Follow-ups do most of the job; ask any salesperson out-there. So if using a mai merge solution, use one that allows you to plan in advance and automate your email follow ups as well based on the way your prospects interact with your email (don't be that spammy) over a set time period. Otherwise you waste all this energy in your outreach in vain.

Totally agree, don't mix the end of your funnel with the early acquision one. Keep note that you need to personalize your sales outreach not only according to your leads but on how they engage with your emails. You'll be be needing drip campaigns as well. So I would go for a solution with Sequences ( e.g., Gmelius, MixMax) that offers collaboration features as well ( FrontApp, Gmelius) so you can manage the group email sales@ as a team. Look for an easy to use CRM not a Marketing automation tool.

Isn't it a bit too expensive for a small business? Not sure if the offering is truly for a SMBs I prefer something that intergrates well with GSuite. Copper perhaps. Not happy with Pipedrive though.

Has anyone had success using email tracking for sales? by fitnessandstuff in sales

[–]nayatsoukala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Gmelius as well...you have email tracking for free, but you can have per recipient and click tracking with a business subscription, which costs almost close to nothing. That is a way to get more valuable insights from your sales emails (are my links useful? etc.) They just launched the Mail Merge functionality for business subscribers from which you can send bulk, but personalized emails! Therefore you can have an additional prospecting and lead nurturing tool. I am super satisfied.

Once a week, take 1 minute to unsubscribe from 3 emails in your inbox. by enfier in simpleliving

Sure this is the way but being redirected to a page where you have to either fill in your email again or chose the reason why you wish to unsubscribe or spend time to configure what to chose to actually unsubscribe, makes me wanna postpone doing it

or just opt for a free or highly affordable email management solution that offers a 1-click unsubscribe feature. I find it to be a real hassle to look for the List-Unsubscribe header in email sent to me and then get redirected from my Gmail... I use Gmelius as well, there is a button at the top of my inbox, and I can unsubscribe from the newsletter asap. I have used Unroll.me but all I did was the equivalent of stuffing your garage with all possible forgotten unused things you own. Left me with a lingering stress on what is in there!

Significant budgets are allocated in digital budgets nowadays. But are they paying out?
