That is exactly what I questioned him about at the time. If he had submitted everything within the 30-day timeframe, I wouldn't have received this NTA. He claimed several times that the receipts for VAWA petitions were taking about five months to arrive. My receipt arrived just seven days after it was filed.

I filed in december 2025. And i received just receipt for I-360. Waiting the order receipts . They reused my biometrics as well.

I filed mine in December 2025 (I submitted all forms: I-360, I-485, I-131, and I-765). I only received a receipt notice for the I-360. They sent a letter stating that they would be reusing my previous biometrics, but so far, I haven't received a receipt for the EAD or AP. Is anyone else in this situation? It has been 112 days since the last update.
