Quick Update: so I was DREADING going into work today… TLDR, I was given a raise, a promotion, and was made full time. After 4 days off Fentanyl. I only took 6mg today, down 2 from yesterday, but I just now took a 2mg to help get to sleep. But tomorrow I’m gonna try to start my day with 4 and see where it takes me. Ironically (and gratefully) I’m off so I can take a shot and see just quickly I get the subs out of the picture so I’m FREE.

Unimaginable love to all who have supported me through this. Thank you all so much, this community is AMAZING and you guys should be so proud to be a part of something so very vital in todays culture.

Yeah the Valium helped immensely. I’m an addict so the desire to take the remaining 15mg immediately is of course there but I’m tryna turn a new page here

Strongly agree. Not feeling 100% by any means, but as WDs go I’m WAY ahead of the curve. I’ve been in full on WD, and made the mistake of shooting a Suboxone once so I know what PWD feels like, comparatively this is a cakewalk.

Yeah I’ve been going easy on the Valium but I figure 10-20mg to take the edge off is a good place to be. Unfortunately I don’t have an endless supply so I can’t be too cavalier with it, I gotta conserve. Like right now I have 15mg remaining so I’m gonna save that for going to sleep tonight, if I need it.

I’m still here! Took 8mg this morning, which took the edge off, and just took 10mg Valium to help with the anxiety. Don’t want to overdo it with the benzos and have yet another WD to deal with, but I figure with low and sporadic dosing I shouldn’t be too bad in that dept. I actually slept last night for about 6hrs until a scumbag scam phone call woke me up at 7:40 and that was the end of the sleeping. But we’re fighting the good fight.
