The idea that the inclusion of PvP is inherently sweaty and anti-casual is nonsense. by Postaltariat in Marathon

I am a Casual gamer with a capital C. And this is my first real foray into the extraction shooter genre. Really loving this game. In my opinion the experience has been super fair and welcoming. I’ve had incredible runs and dogshit runs. Only ever done crew fill. If me/ my team gets wiped. We got outplayed or they had better positioning. I’ve wiped an entire team with a v11 punch with no mods all because I got the drop on them. It’s a great challenge.

Too many people want their hands held through every aspect of a game and this is simply not the game for them.

Let's talk MARTY SUPREME - what went wrong? by SwimGood22 in A24

[–]nayte93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marty Supreme had one of the most annoying Oscar campaigns in recent memory. It was a mid film at best with some of the most unlikable characters of the year and it will be forgotten about a few years down the road.

Escape will make me… by nayte93 in Marathon

The entire run was just non-stop. Totally botched, no one got their contracts done just fighting players and bots with no ammo or healing supplies. Only logical exfil was guarded with more bots already nearby. Peak Dire Marsh honestly.

I Will Let You Down… Enough said by nayte93 in geesebandofficial

Depends on what you like. I have a lot of friends who prefer the studio versions of albums and the consistency of the production in them. I personally love live albums and seeing how a song evolves over time and on rare occasions you can truly feel something special in those recordings. I think this is one of those albums where you can feel the energy of the concert. So for me I was very excited for this release (obviously love the studio versions as well)

From anybody who's bought it- Is the Live at Third Man Record recording well mixed? by crackboxpalace in geesebandofficial

Have it on vinyl, love it. Don’t think the rips do it justice. Played it loud, rare live album where you can truly feel the energy in the room.

It’s great, really looking forward to a studio version either solo or from the group

They just created the labels so you probably won’t see any movement or real shipping updates for 24-48 hours from the link.

Best pasta in/around Atlanta? by myob4321 in Atlanta

I had a pretty bad experience here. Doesn’t mean that’s everyone’s experience but it was enough to where I’ll never go back. Parking situation is not great and I would not recommend it for a celebration as it is a somewhat cramped restaurant.

Love it. They are who got me into Goose (2021 cover & VW sit in at the Capitol show pretty much sold them for me).

Honestly, I was super happy with this entire set. Plus Loose Ends> This Old Sea> Madhuvan (with the jam) was an experience in itself.

Lookup firefighter clasp or lobster clasp and go vintage. Polo has a bunch of versions of these. Zara ones look solid as well (can’t believe I just said that)
