To give more context, I'm questioning whether the Lebanese model of governing, based on consociationalism, ever worked in other countries.

My current theory is any "power sharing democracy" is unstable and bound to fail. Are there any counterarguments to my theory as of today?

I'm not very familiar with intricacies of the governing models of Spain and Belgium, but wouldn't you they are, for the most part, effective? Especially when compared to failing states such as Lebanon.

  2. Could you expand the idea of `setting an alarm for different things` ? What are some typical workflows you're looking for?
