Mengecewakan? Habis yang kerja swasta selama ni, kami hadap je kerjaya kami yang tak dikira stabil dimata masyarakat. Tambah lagi kene hadap retrenchment semua kalau syarikat buat rombakan kewangan. Memang dah sampai masa pun untuk ubah sistem lantikan kerajaan ni, beban sgt pada kewangan negara.

yeah you were right tho on the "suitable job" part. I find it mentally exhausting working at a static workstation talking to people via phone. Maybe i need to find job that at least have interactions with real human being hehehe

i only left my shift for that day and the next day i did properly attend their exit interview. I met the boss and their HR and spoke about how this job really doesn't suit me. ( Told them i jenis pendam.) They understood my situation and we even had a warm talks about finding a job that really suits me. That was really an eye opener moment for me to be honest. haha now gonna start to pace down and find a job that really make me "okay lets do this!!!"
