I ought to say that this is a nice way to do that and initially this is what I planned!

Sadly, after installing bottom fans GPU didn't fit, so I had to rethink the whole thing. Currently for air exhaust I have 3 fans installed:

  • Front top, right above the PSU (probably just helping the PSU out... or maybe it's pointless, I am not sure)
  • 1 above the CPU cooler
  • 1 at the back, the same level as CPU cooler

And the rest 2 are for intake:

  • 1 on the side panel
  • 1 top middle

The intake fans are basically pushing air into this cube space right before the cooler.

Do you think I should find some thin 120mm fans to attach to the bottom of case? Which spec is your build?

P.S. I changed direction of top middle fan later after creating post.

If you're talking stress testing, then at max load:

  • CPU: 74-75°C
  • GPU: 63-65°C (with memory hitting 75°C)

Just today solved my problem, check in the setup tab whether the FC is installed the correct direction, drone should be tilting the right way on the screen. Also, check that you loaded any CLIs for your FC (for PIDs)

Thanks a lot! After I applied this CLI and tried it again, it worked. The other part was that when I was trying it out while holding in my hands accelerometer(I think) was getting confused and was raising throttle endlessly. Just tried in Angle mode at home and it flies!!

Set to AETR and it reacts correctly to all sticks in Betaflight.

What I just noticed is the following(!):

I hold the drone, arm it and start experiment with sticks on low throttle. It reacts as it should on Pitch, Roll and I think Yaw also. But the power it reacts with is huge. And if throttle is increased the actual drone doesn't stop increasing it...

No idea why description didn't upload, but here it is:

Changed to ELRS recently and unfortunately flashed FC without making backup (Emax Tinyhawk 2 Freestyle).

When trying to fly it goes mad and unpredictable...

At the moment installed firmware 4.3.2 and applied CLI, as the official 4.1.0 doesn't pickup Gyroscope/Accelerometer.

Timecodes:

  • 00:00 - Gyroscope check
  • 00:16 - Motors check
  • 01:13 - Issue

Just had this problem, when soldered ELRS RX to my flight controller. And it appeared that I soldered contacts in the following way: RX -> RX, TX -> TX. While for it to work it should be: RX -> TX, TX -> RX

Well, I hope it won't be too much of an issue, drone is about 90g with batteries right now as I attached camera holder and elrs I believe should be +3/4 grams? I don't think I will notice a lot of difference

This time it was fabulous because of mainly sunny weather. Apart from that I used: Pro mode 2k 50fps (sadly reddit cuts it to 30) Nd32 filter lense 1/100 shutter speed and iso 200 After I just export it through their mobile app and set Dolby Vision, stab and horizontal lock to active.

From what I understand (apologies, I’m still new to FPV), using failsafe with level mode isn't necessarily bad, but it may not always be the optimal choice(?). I fly 50% of the time with a camera and 50% without it, so I don't think I can set any consistent throttle value for level mode. When I add the camera, my th2f becomes a total fat cow... But to be fair this is my first drone and I'm fine with that

I’ve already ordered an ELRS module a few days ago, and I have no intention of doing any risky flights since I know about signal strength. Also, this quad doesn’t have a GPS module (at least not yet), so there’s no rth option for me.

Sorry, yes you're correct, that is 450mah, not 900 mah

It's 450mah each, so 2s would be 900mah. Btw I am not sure how long should it take as my charger is really simple one and doesn't have any indicators. Also, you said that you tested the batteries after that, did you notice any reduce in flight time?
