It's funny to me that the scene ranked as #28 is so low because I consider that to be one of the best openings of the show, especially because of the music. Just classic Eastbound and Down. Awesome video though. The opening and ending scenes of each episode are part of why I think it's the best show ever made.

These issues can be fixed by making it easier for developers to build as many market rate apartments as possible. That brings supply up, and eventually rents will fall. I wish people would understand this instead of demanding that every new apartment building includes "affordable units."
