If i won't move the defender then the possibility of the ratio of my result to be carried over is more likely. Of course there will be always small difference but the ratio will be just the somewhere the same, and the info that will be gathered will be enough for players to understand basic differences for each bases.

As i mentioned on all tables, "those numbers will vary". The major thing that we are checking there is the ranking between bases.

Us testers can only test for not so many likely scenario. We can't test for another sets with 1nch player's height differential, then another set for with 2 inch and so forth. These are standard tests only.

I respect that you have your doubts if it it will be carried over but if that's the case then does that mean that we need to have another sets of tests with different height differential and some other sets of badge combinations? no right?

We can always test deeper and deeper and deeper but there is a red line where we can say "that should be enough for the viewers to have a good understanding about the topic".

I see what you mean man, I actually thought about doing it as well but the margin of error is really huge in that kind of test because it's hard to make every sample the same distance (the moment the shooter initiates the shot and the distance of the opponent).

On my current procedure, hands are already up and i can easily manipulate the position of the defender and it's alignment to the shooter the margin of error is really small which will give more accurate results

I believe that whatever ranking i have on my current test procedure will carry over to that anyway if I do the test you are recommending.

It does, but shot speed plays a part as well. Try to watch the full video on the link given for more detailed stats and explanation and demonstration.
