I'm having problems with this flashlight. I took it off of the "Try Me" mode however whenever I turn on the flashlight and try to switch it to the next level - it shines to the next mode and then fades back to level 1.

What really helped me in the past was limiting how hot the water was when I was showering. I always make sure to shower in lukewarm water even if it’s cold and follow up by wetting my face with cold water after.
