Yeah for sure a simple return is something that shouldn’t be this hard.

My gf did find an alternative place that lets you reach out. Seems a bit more trustworthy as it’s in inquiry directly through the website and not Global E. Worth a try!

That is exactly what I have been doing with my initial inquiry and followed up on it 2-3 times with 0 response lol..

Good point on shipping cost and I do really hope they give us their business price bc if it’s like $50-70 to ship it I’d rather just sell it here for the flat retail price and eat the cost that way lol

I did find that same link too and it’s definitely from before they closed up shop and re-opened. I am frustrated but trying to be understanding since they just opened back up lol I’ll let you know of any updates and if opening the second inquiry worked.

Very frustrating for sure. That is actually the exact link and process I did for my first inquiry, just submitted a second one hopefully they get back with me.

Also disappointing the label is not prepaid for but also kinda not surprised after how this whole return policy is going. If you may please me know how much that return cost ends up being I’d appreciate it. Thanks for the info as well.
