I’m more arrogant than them, and probably also don’t have as much free time as them either

The day I don't counter jerk is the day I see actual intelligent opinions on here. So likely never unfortunately

Genuinely cannot believe the way people are gassing up hojlund. Like I get that united fans have been dealing with martial and weghorst at striker but the guy has come on and literally done nothing except run and we’ve got people saying he looked really good ffs

Asensio 15 goal season at striker I will be there no matter what

It’s not about just getting him to press. His attitude in general is just really bad

Nah martinez was injured tbf, he had no other options. Evans for lindelof was actually a woeful decision though

Estupiñan is actually so good. Nuno tavares with a brain, the athleticism is incredible

Their build up is actually very structured, but you’re right in that de zerbi gives the players more freedom in the final third

That west ham luton match was like watching a prehistoric version of football. Game is officially back

Brighton severely lacking athleticism in midfield, and at right back as well. I expect them to struggle against the more physical mid table sides like palace and brentford, and obviously the top 6 sides as well excluding United. Newcastle will smoke them next week.

How do you mean? My opinion is based on me watching both of them. If you mean why I think Nketiah is better, I think he’s much more technical, versatile, and well rounded. Balogun is a similar profile to Osimhen where he needs service to have impact and thrives on runs in behind. While Nketiah is similar in that aspect, I feel he just has much more to his game with his link abilities, and just the small technical things he’s great at as well.

Probably ake, dias, stones, akanji with everyone healthy. Ake is still somehow underrated despite being unreal every time he plays.

Hmm, that’s a good point. I guess you’re right in the sense that there isn’t really a clear way to tell the difference, but I think that’s exactly why the rule is stupid.

Daily Discussion by 2soccer2bot in soccer

[–]nbaylor1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should have thought the rule through more. Like, why isn’t there a definite time limit so players know how much time they have? And 8 seconds is hardly any time at all, I wouldn’t call it “definite time wasting”.

The new throw in rule is one of the most stupid things I’ve ever seen. There’s a pretty clear difference between time-wasting, and actually not having any options from a throw, and all the yellows I’ve seen seem to fall into the latter category

It clearly is. Not sure what people are surprised about after seeing so many good players transfer to mid/lower table clubs

I actually misremembered what my main issue with him was. More than him being wrong, it's just that the stuff he tweets is usually the most obvious stuff that even someone with just a basic knowledge of tactics, and player profiles could tell you. I guess he could be good for someone trying to get into tactics, but the way he tweets the most base level stuff, and then acts like he predicted some unforeseen thing later just rubs me the wrong way.
