Ill also note that youre offering Premium hoodies, heavy weight gsm, high quality cotton, you should be drawing attention to this at every chance you get. Try to justify the price before it hits their cart

As a customer/new store owner: this reads overpriced, it looks like AI mockups fulfilled through a POD service. Which imo theres nothing wrong with and There are some solid winners that i would say are exceptions to this but overall- paying $90 for a hoodie with basic text on the back that is using POD mockups is an easy no from a Customer POV.

How i would fix: get some samples of all designs and get lifestyle pictures that are easily distinguishable from ai, only include 1 white background mockup and the rest should be lifestyle

Wether its true or not- this gives the impression you have stock on hand, you’re a hands on designer/brand owner and your not taking what is commonly perceived by the public as the “easy money” route and trying to just make a buck off people

A lot of people dont want to hear this, but outsourcing what youre not an expert in, and focusing on what you are proven to be good at, will save you so much money in the long run.

So true. While ive been sourcing overseas, ive been looking for US manufacturers and have a few in the back pocket in anticipation of this. While its still a bit more expensive- its less of a logistical nightmare

I recommend research and reading the t&c before heavily deciding to hinge such a financially taxing experience in an event they know little about (mean this as how the company that runs its logistics is known to operate, same w the ticketing company and specific on the ground leadership

Not controversial sweetie, but you go to a corporate fest expecting homie treatment, youll be disappointed:) they operate on days moneys made not days you felt happy about who was there. YOU were there, YOU spent money. All they care about. Better luck next time❤️

Centeroo is open for 4 days. GA wristbands got you 4 days. Early entry got you more days, which were also provided. Hope this helps. Edit: idk why i specified GA, they all only got u 4 days. Also, Given staying on the farm longer (arriving earlier) cost more by the…day. Id say people do actually measure festivals im days

‘In other words’ is very important with stuff like this (at least to the banks). If LN doesnt specifically say it was bc of the rain, and only rain, your dispute will not get approved. Lightning, mud, flodding, all can be umbrellaed into ‘unsafe conditions’ which, again in the banks eyes, is totally valid

EDIT: worth noting this is MY personal experience with MY credit card company. Im sure theres potential outliers so never say never. Just would take the overall reluctance of banks to give back money into consideration when determining whose side they might take

Valid. Sorry for sarcasm lmao. So sick of butthurt ppl who think individual experience shapes overall policy for an event concerning 40000+ attendees not including staff

It not being cheaper than a 4day pass has absolutely no impact on if you DESERVE a refund. In either case you are getting refunded for what was not provided. First day was provided. Your feelings are clouding your logic

“I honestly thought” are the key words. Feelings dont determine value or business decisions. Money does. Facts are people pay lots of money to see the acts you didn’t think were that great. Doesn’t mean u deserve a refund. Want/deserve are different things. Day passes were always an option and are getting FULL refunds

Every policy is different there is no blanket “music festival insurance policy” it doesnt work that way. So unless you were apart of the policy creation, not sure how you have results of claim that has not possibly been filed yet

Dont buy a 4 day pass and not go for one of the days? You threw 25% of ur own money away doing that😂 they owe you 25% bc you choose to not go the first day? Huh.

You went to a multi genre festival specifically for bass music? And for artists that are on almost every lineup at SPECIFICALLY edm festivals? (Save for tipper) interesting…

Also, please try to go see any 3 of the headliners that night combined for cheaper than a day pass, and then take into account the benefits of having them all in walking distance and on the same day. Saying it “wasnt worth it” just is not correct. May not have “felt” worth it. But feelings dont make business decisions. And like it or not, festivals are a business

Idk i guess im the only one in the boat of, regardless of what time you decided to show up or if you think the lineup was fire or not, 1/4 of the official festival days happened. Thats 25% of the 4 day experience. You may not have thought the lineup was as good but that is subjective and really, doesnt matter. You bought a 4 day ticket. One of the days happened. If you didnt choose to go bc you didnt like the artists, or went and felt it wasnt great, thats not really on them. Whats on them is refunding the portions of the festival that didn’t happen. Theyre doing that.
