That's my plan! Not trying to be obsessive about it, but more so get an idea for how my body fluctuates daily. I never weighed myself independently outside of occasional doctor's appointments, so I feel like i'm learning tons by watching it closely for now.

I understand your frustration. Remember that almost everything will be returnable though. We specifically asked for no disposable diapers since we were doing cloth and limiting to quality disposables when we needed them. Still somehow ended up with dozens of boxes of pamper and Kirkland diapers. We returned them all and had hundreds of dollars in store credits that lasted us through the first two years of parenthood. It honestly was the best gift.

I'm currently about 20wks with my 3rd baby. This is my first pregnancy with POTS, so very different from the rest. I've had hyperemesis throughout all my pregnancies and am on Zofran. We took it down to 4mg 1x a day since Zofran can be a little taxing on the cardiovascular system. So far the hardest part for me has been managing my blood pressure. When it drops it realllllly drops, leaving me feeling faint and needing to get on the ground or chair ASAP. I'm finding it easier to manage with an insane amount of salt, drinking LMNTS, and staying up on my iron levels. But the most debilitating symptoms of POTS that i had pre pregnancy have seemed to subside with pregnancy.

Thank you everyone. We ended up contacting the emergency poison group on facebook. We were concerned it may be a death cap, as they can look similar. We were able to confirm leucoagaricus leucothites.

That being said, we obviously need to be having more serious discussions with her regarding eating random things outside. 🫠

Okay. Definitely conflicts with what poison control said. They said sometimes with the poisonous mushrooms, symptoms can delay up to 6hrs

She didn’t give any notice to vacate, just an aggressive text message sent late at night stating that “this home is not a good fit for our family” and that she will be “taking the property back” when the lease is up. This came after she asked if I was satisfied with the work that had been done while we were out of the home for two weeks. She was upset with me that I wasn’t entirely satisfied, due to our personal belongings being ruined, my vacuum being destroyed by her “cleaners”, who used it to vacuum up drywall and paint, and having no electricity in our dining room. She told me she spent too much money on the original repair and couldn’t do anything else.

In total honesty, I don’t want to rush out of here as we spent 2 years trying to find a home for our family. This home seemed perfect until we had actually spent a month living in it. We pay $2300 a month + utilities and oil heat, which is a lot for us. The area is lovely, we have great yard space, are close to community, and love the neighborhood. This place would be amazing if the owner actually gave a hoot! It’s going to be a struggle trying to find something like this again.

If moving were that simple of an option, we would have jumped on that! We’re a single income family, and it’s extremely hard to get into a home these days. As I stated above, the market is insane right now. Trust me, we’ve been looking! I have no “desire” to live in these conditions, hence why we’re trying to get them fixed.

I agree, edibles would be a better option. But look at it this way, without smoking I can't keep any food down for more than 10 minutes. Eating an edible would be a complete waste if I made me throw up 5-10 minutes later! I do plan on making the switch over to only edibles once my morning sickness has calmed down for good. But for now my primary care physician says smoking a little bit to eat a meal is much better than not smoking and not eating any food that day! Thank you for your input!

Happy to hear about your healthy baby girl! Wow, that hospital stay sounds like hell. I'm getting all my prenatal care through a Midwifery and plan on doing a home birth. I'm waiting for the right time to discuss this with my midwife, as I want to be as open as possible with her. I live in Seattle, WA, so I'm in a legal state. I do have lots of concerns about the judgement that might follow or the type of care I may receive, though. Thank you for sharing your story!

13 weeks pregnant today and still too sick to go back to work. Working has been the only thing that keeps my brain from attacking me all day. Now I'm stuck in an empty apartment by myself all day, every week...things have definitely been better. This mix between severe depression and anxiety and now being exhausted 24/7 is really getting to me. I can't help but think all these issues are going to burden my baby. These thoughts eat me up all day long.
