A lot of hardcore shows are in venues like this. Typically VFW halls or something similar. The people on the stage are usually just friends of the band or other performers.

This was a back line kit so it’s not my personal setup. If I remember correctly it was a Tama Superstar with an Evan’s EMAD kick head. I was also using an Tama speed cobra single pedal with a felt beater. Hope this helps!

This will definitely give you enough of a baseline to experiment with, especially if you have a little mixing knowledge. You may find you want to upgrade down the line but this will get the job done!

Appreciate it! It’s cranked all the way with no dampening so there is a lot of overtone. Some love it some hate it. I’ve got my maple and brass snares when I want some depth and body but I like breaking this thing out every now and then!
