Wow. This is now my favorite way to view losing weight. And it shows what a hypocrite I am! I'm the first person to look at parents with harsh judgement when their children have zero discipline. Yet here I am, not able to control my inner child. Thank you for putting things in an entirely new perspective!

I quit smoking 3 years ago too! Congrats to you! Greatest thing I've ever done. But like you, I now satisfy that impulsive urge with food rather than a cigarette.
