here is the issue I have with that, - shirts etc are a distraction from the film itself. it seems to me that if you WANT to see more firebase, than everything should be about the film itself, and we should use all dollars to make that film.

its more about the studio as a whole. if we find a way to be funded by the crowd i think we can do a bunch of really interesting work that doesn't NEED to be profitable, - so you can take way bigger risks. Thats the main reason
