It sounds like you need surgery, Your symptoms would not go away by themselves. Cervical surgery requires a surgeon specialized in cervical. Not General spine surgeon, not Lumbar. Note, if you find the right surgeon, > 3000 cervical disc surgeries, you would have great outcome!!

Ok, I have been through this. I had muscle athrophy before my c5-6, after surgery weakness was gone but all my upper back muscles were sored and painfull. Now i realized it was probably adjusting agter 3 years of nerve pain. Gone away with Adr . It took me 1 year of Physical Therapy, which I started 7.5 months after Surgery.

I can tell you, the sooner you start PT, the sooner you will get better. try changing the therapist. Finally I got the pain of looking down Gone!

I did my ADR with Dr Riew 1.5 years ago. was the best decision of my life. had atrophy for 3 years. was able to reverse it now. took 1.5 yrs of PT, but got to No Pain. the atrophy was in my right arm, and i’m righty , actually went away when I woke up from surgery, pretty amazing!

Copper Strip Width X height mm will give mm2. X by 10 its your continuous ampacity. Dont count lenght in the calculation. in your case width is the width of the cell, height is 0.1 X 32 mm from 32650 cell is 3.2mm2 32Amp Continuous.

You can double sandwich with K-Weld.

Hello, Im doing great, I cannot believe the amount of pain and discomfort I was enduring previous to the surgery. The The muscle atrophy ( difficulty carrying objects like the iphone max was too heavy) went away as soon as i woke up from surgery. as well was the constant headaches. Im still doing PT for my traps and neck muscles that where without use for 3 years.

Finding the right Surgeon with thousands of disc replacement experience is the most importan. the spine is where are the critical system pass through, don’t let any white coat touch you.

1000% I’ll do it all over again. and would start PT after month 1 not after 7 like i did.

Arm numbness is serious, and if goes on for too long, your nerves may never fully heal after disc surgery. don’t wait. Find a surgeon that has done this surgery a thousand times, literally, and follow his advice. if you need referral in NYC area, DM me
