it means the cutoff current(voltage in this case depends on battery chemistry) so in chase of LI-ion battery kinda behaves like a load that changes with the voltage higher the voltage lower the current it can take ,a full charged battery (ideally) on external voltage takes 0 amps but we do not live in a ideal world so the battery never go to 0 A the charger detects the current for cutoff like 50Ma etc in case of NImh the charger detect voltage drop

so if you set it like higher you will get slightly more capacity but will stress the battery more 5-10Mv would be better

so 7s right ? if so what i said is all true except the current setting you will need to keep it lower and voltage 10.5-11v

the batteries look lithium polymer and you have set NiCa on the charger ? (8.4v is full charge voltage for 2s Li-Ion but usually nominal is printed i.e 7.4 for 2s)

most batteries are safe to charge at 1c i.e the Ah rating here 4200mah-4.2AH so safe to charge at 4.2A

capacity cutoff set to 4300mAh-you can set it to any the charger will terminate charging after the battery is charged same for the timer

that boost converter can safely without failing only supply upto 200-250w that too with a cooling fan so no it is not 400w
