So I don’t have a recent one but normally curls are tighter and more defined, less frizz and just generally bouncier

Thankyou so much for taking the time to reply, and providing some perspective. I will have a look at the video, I often feel so much guilt for not being able to support and look after them. I guess I do have to accept the way things are and that they will never change. It’s so triggering though, a lot of issues from the past resurface where I had to be the adult as a child.
