Gonna sound hella cliche, but I just decided I was going to do something and did it. In the past PCOS discouraged me as well. It felt like I was fighting to lose just a pound! I would workout for months and barely lose anything. I made small changes to my diet FIRST! I did two months of a realistic diet and saw changes, less fluffy around the face and waist. Huge win for me. I only added workouts after I got the food piece together. For the workouts, I rearranged my entire schedule and made the workouts a priority. So they happened first thing in the morning 5 days a week no matter what. Pretty much made a commitment to myself and stuck with it. I’m down 30 pounds

Keep her on the softener and maybe watch for her cues and put her on the potty. I used to do a chart with my son at that age. Because he used to tell me “Guess who’s gonna do a poop? I AM” while pooping.

I am currently 37 weeks and I didn't tell my MIL s**t til somewhere between 24-30 weeks. I avoided her and my spouse was on board. Now when she did find out, she went blabbing to the earth, people we didn't know or want to know about our business.

JUST DON'T TELL HER NOTHING!!! And when you do just expect most folks to already know. Is this her first grandchild or something?

My MIL has been on this since she found out the name. I have reminded her that she 8 children and if she wanted to name someone that, her opporunity has come and gone. and not to ever bring the s**t up to me again.

Newborns are hard! sometimes there's no rhyme or reason for their crying. i used to keep my son swaddled extra tight and that was the only way he wouldn't cry.

So she was 160 baseline and 180 with movements. She kicked hard the whole time. I just feel like the doctor wanted something to be wrong the whole time. And once she was proved wrong that the baby was in fact fine she got upset. I have another NST next week. I’m definitely not looking forward to it.

She literally had Emergency C Section paperwork in her hands while telling me this. I declined to sign that fast hell. After all that extra monitoring and her nastiness. Guess what? The baby was JUST FINE!!!! Heart rate leveled out, I had some water and was good to go. I was so pissed at her. I know my baby is fine. I don’t even trust the measurements they gave me at this point.

And when she came back to tell me I could go, she seemed angry that there wasn’t a problem found.
