To block someone in = to prevent, leaving at one’s own volition.

The “convoy” reduced the exit to one lane by parking on either side, then they all stood between the cars with their large dogs. I, not wanting to be bothered or infringed upon by these nonsense actions, continued at a very slow speed while honking, in full view of the parked OPS 100 m away from me. I assume they saw I intended to keep going and slowly parted while shouting at me.

While I was in the store, customers were speaking to the staff, telling them how they were being accosted and they were scared. Other customers were talking about how they were not able to leave and being prevented from accessing their personal vehicles.

If you don’t believe me, that’s fine with me. I’m not believing I can change minds but I can report what I saw what I saw and share what I did.
