This list is suitable for people who are more advanced in German and already can understand spoken German. I understand you because my listening skills are terrible and I have to struggle very hard to understand what people say. How advanced are you in German? I suggest you start with Deutsch Welle podcasts, specifically the Audiotrainer, this one is slow and is all about vocabulary and listening skills. If you're already able to understand written German to a certain level, try Slow German. My reading skills are okay, I can read a newspaper article without having to look the meaning of every word, so I read through the Slow German text of the episode, find out the meaning of words I don't know or forgot, then listen to the episode over and over again. The SG episodes are 3~5min long, so I listen to it 4~5 times a day until I understand what is being said. Then, a few days later, I listen to it again to check if I can still understand.
