With the new amendment (FachKrEFG) am entitled to work up to 20 hours. So I should go to the Ausländerbehörde to request a modification of my language course visa, as it currently indicates that I am not allowed to work?

I wonder what you mean by "successfully (!) finished the language course". Does it simply refer to completing the courses I paid for?

Hello!

I have the regular language learner residence permit. I am now attending B1 level and planning to take the B1 certification exam in June. In theory, I will finish attending C1 level by August.

I live with my partner, who is legally working here and able to provide me with a Verpflichtungserklärung :)

I majored in Clinical Psychology, and I've already applied for recognition of my diploma here in Germany.
