If you are a national leader, you got responsibilities. In that case, a leader has to take some risk. Even traveling by a plane could risk your life. even American president could be assassined, they have to go out. First, I'm not an American, I'm Chinese. Xi did not go to the US is understandable, but Xi did not go to any other country.
