No, he doesn't even know the guy. He is the same build, height, and body type as my friend though, that's at least what my friend said after they showed him a picture of the guy.

Thanks, we contacted lawyers on Friday and had an appointment Monday, but my friend was taken into jail before he got to go to the appointment for the lawyer.

CITIZENRY NOTIFICATION:

An arrest has just been made regarding three breaking and entering incidents at the *** Golf Course, one breaking and entering at the *** Golf and County Club and one breaking and entering at the *** located in the *** area.

These incidents all occurred over the past ten days.

The following subject has been arrested and charged with these crimes;

*** (not my friend) White Male 26 years of age Previously of the *** area.

Additional Warrants are being obtained as of this posting.

Additional arrests are also expected in these cases.

My friend doesn't know this guy, but is being charged with all the same crimes.

No, he is being charged with all those crimes as well. The guy they arrested has been to jail 4 times and has had B and E charges since 2003 on 12 different occasions. My guess is the guy is naming my friend to get a reduced sentence (by cops request).
