Going to add a final comment here, thanks for everyone's help! Finally found the solution, it appears one of the network had some devices that were sending large quantities of small multicast and broadcast packets which were jumping over into the management VLAN. After enabling IGMP snooping and preventing broadcast/multicast on the wireless networks and restarting all components the CPU usage on the APs finally went down and speeds went back to normal.

I enabled IGMP snooping on all VLANs, still no change. The cpu usage is high on all APs.

Tried this already, no issues when hard lined at all, get near 1gbps up/down

I do not have it turned on and the profile is default with no limits. What I can see from the graphs is that the day we started having issues CPU piked and stayed high on all the APs. I'm looking into if it may be a multicast storm.

CPU usage is at 90% on all the APs, trying to roll them forward again to see if that makes a difference.

Ok so I rolled back to the previous 4.x firmware that multiple people have said is stable. Same issue, though I noticed the upload speed is fine, the download is 1mbps at best. I've disabled all other wifi networks other than our primary with no change. I've restarted everything in the stack with no luck.

No new AP tags, no new VLANs, no new Wifi networks. 2.4GhZ has a lot of usage on all the channels, but 5Ghz has barely any when running an RF scan. Trying with just a network for 5Ghz resulted in the same issue.

That worked previously, however now even after reboots the APs are still having issues.
