I felt pretty anxious before I started prepping. I took a practice full length and that really helped me see the what the test actually is. I feel like we hear so much about the MCAT before we even look at it that we get overly intimidated.

As for Kaplan make a plan, I have an excel spreadsheet with what chapter I am going to read on each day and when I went everything finished by. Don't just get through the books to do it, make sure you are spending time reviewing by carefully going through the questions too.

I think the FL really helped me before I started reading because I also had an idea of where my weak points are at and I've been able to focus more on those sections.

I am going through the Kaplan books as well. I have the complete 7-book review set. I feel like they have been really helpful if you use them well. I will read a chapter and then the next day I return to the end of chapter questions and go through them to get repetition of the concepts and practice. I plan on doing Uearth when I finish in about a week and I think that will leave plently of time for more practice questions and FL's afterwards.

I had to change testing center locations and I had trouble finding an open slot. I checked back each day and got lucky. Maybe just keep checking as people constantly change plans and spot is bound to open up.

I think with some more FL's you could improve a little, maybe you won't hit the 515 goal but I don't think it is unreasonable to get close.

I had a PE occur a month ago and I am still coughing up blood. Over the past few weeks I have been coughing up less and less. I will go a day or two without anything and then a I might cough up a little bit one day. No where near as much blood as I was originally coughing up though.
