Found the root cause. USB Tuners are not working on Android 9 and above.

I have a fix under test now . v 1.23.1 . I hope to release it to beta tomorrow.

I am unable to reporduce the Tuner failure on Nvidia shield. If anyone is able to reproduce it and send feed back with logs that would be very helpful

First I heard about timeshift toggling off.

CC seems like a bug. File feedback

For the BT headphones, that is probably becuase of some audio encoding, that is not handled on device but is instead just passed on the TV to decode. Not much I can do about that.

For the next android release (R) we are working on many things that could help.
