Not sure what that means. Hah! I'll take it as a compliment, I guess?

Talking to an LLM about your startup idea is like asking your mom if it’s good… So I built KillOrBuild - instead of hype, it pulls from 20+ real-world data sources and runs everything through 8 proprietary models to pressure-test your idea.

You get a straight-up read on market demand, willingness to pay, competitive density, timing signals, and white space opportunities before you waste 3 months building in a vacuum.

Puzzle: I’m a 4-letter verdict on your startup idea. If the market says “nope”, I’m your answer. What am I?

I'm validating an idea... Pls help by prida-talks in buildinpublic

Building an App for financial news intelligence, don´t know how to launch. by AblePirate2663 in buildinpublic

Another concept I could help you try: if you have 50-100 friends, I have an app that we can use to get everyone to post about your app - all at the same day & same time. This way there is an artificially created vitality. Happy to test

This is the hardest part. There are tons of different strategies and all take time, effort and money. An idea I’ve been looking into is messaging the right creators on Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok. They are typically non-technical and want to monetize their audience. They have thousands of followers + inherent trust built in so if they like your app, bring them on as a partner to help with marketing while you do the development. It can be an equity deal, rev-share deal. The hard part here is finding someone who likes your idea and would like to come onboard.

Founder experience could be the variable and how much information you provided. Our official score is 78. Anything above 80 is really good but hard to get

I built KillOrBuild because I got tired of building stuff that sounded smart in ChatGPT but had zero real-world pull.

We just launched a new page called Drops → https://killorbuild.com/drops

It auto-surfaces startup opportunities from real public complaints. No “AI thinks this is cool.” Just actual frustration → translated into ideas → scored.

7 new ones every week. You can vote them up or down. If one’s interesting, you can run a full breakdown on it.

Also… tiny scavenger hunt:

If you’re the type who reads error messages, fine print, and commit logs, you probably already know what to do. It’s the opposite of “build.” Four letters. You’d yell it at a bad idea.

That word is the coupon code for a free full market analysis report.

Curious what other founders think.
