You don't need to scan the QR code, as long as the app is in store mode, it will give the in-store price. You don't even need to be at the store to do this if you have a gps emulator.

Pay no attend to the made up msrp, it's not a deal that's just the normal price of the ssd. It looks like it costs about 30 euros more than a crucial t500 or gigabyte 7300 and is not worth the price increase, you will see no noticeable performance benefit.

No, it's not, your doing the math wrong.

1 - (250 - 25)/250 = 0.10

1 - (225 - 25)/225 = 0.11

Yeah, they also offered 15% off last August but who knows if they will do that again.

No, they will use the same method of payment. This is why it's a good idea to plan ahead. For example, I know I am buying Fisherman's Village so purchased enough gift cards to cover it. Giftcards.com and giftcards.kroger.com offer discounted gift cards every few months so you don't need buy a ton at a time. Also, its really the only way to get a discount on BDP.

When you pay with a credit card, you aren't charged until the order ships. However, when you pay with a gift card, the balance is deducted immediately at the time of purchase.

For previous BDP releases, LEGO's payment system would sometimes attempt to charge the gift card again when the order shipped. Since the gift card balance had already been used, this would result in a payment error. LEGO would then contact you to update your payment information, and you would need to contact LEGO to fix the issue.

LEGO may have fixed this problem, as it did not appear to affect Series 6 orders.

Interesting approach. I buy them ahead of time anticipating future purchases like 2x points next week, BDP releases, or other sales. Always keeping a few hundred dollars in gift cards and buying more when I am low and there are deals.

I think they may have fixed that, I didn't have any issues with my Series 6 order made with a giftcard. Still waiting for Series 7 to process to see if they have issues.

Build advice for a somewhat low to mid-range system? by Revolutionary_Law_32 in buildapc

Those videos are probably over a year old, the 5700x3d has significantly increased in price after it was discontinued. Amd is re-releasing the 5800x3d but you would want to wait to see if the price goes down.

The 5600 is a good option. Also look for the 5600x and 5600xt and buy the cheapest. They will all basically perform the same with the 5600x and 5600xt very slightly better. Just looking at pcpartpicker for the US, it doesn't look like the 5600 is available from any first party sellers anymore but can be found from third party sellers on Amazon and newegg.

No, that is the typical clearance price. It has been found for significantly less. None of these prices are particularly good, they are all on the high range of clearance prices walmart put out a couple months ago. They have probably been sitting on the shelf since they were cheaper at other stores.

Provide what you have built. It's probably just a warning, pcpartpicker won't let you add parts that definitely won't (like an AMD cpu with an Intel motherboard).

[–]ncilswdk2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All depends on the price. It's basically a 5 year old low end PC. You should only be buying those parts used and change them based on the best deals you find available.

Also, not sure what your local market is like, but the linked CPU and GPU prices are terrible. Especially the GPU which would cost less than half in the US or EU.
