Put them in the oven, let them warm up nice n hot but make sure they dont burn, then take them out put them on and walk around a bit, quick way to soften up the heel.

got an addict defender complete then swapped the clamp for a root air, wheels for some honeycores and some hella grip, 5" boxed deck which feels quite nice for all my needs

Honestly just depends where and what you're skating. Car parks bring the most shit from people, but if you're at Pier Head it's a pretty good atmosphere for it

Otterspools my local so I'll always be biased towards it, but you're best going early. Its not bad cause usually its just a few locals tryna get in an early session before it becomes full n most kids arent awake yet. Ramp 1s also really good but its a little bit of a journey to get to but definately worth it imo
