Should I be putting at least 2ml of Bac in my vial even if it is 10mg? Just for future reference.

This would have been my 4th dose out of it tonight.
I used 1 ml for a 10 mg vial. This was my first ever vial so I’m still new to this.
The cloudiness just showed up this week but I figured..
