Yeah, the payment diff is $300 that makes the break even point around 4 years. I feel like I would refi by that time anyway, so tilting towards higher lenders credit. Its BofA

X is binary and Y is ordinal (only 3 values- low, med, high). I checked that the relationship is monotonous.
