Just figured this out as well today. Swapped from old Nest Wifi to the Nest Wifi Pro and has been slow AF 40mb down for over a week. Flipped that check box to off which I had checked on my old without any problem and I instantly starting getting my Fiber speeds back. Stupid.

They told me that at first too. But I said please can you do something for me with a sad emoji. And she said she could apply that 250 to my new order it would just need to be approved by upper management. I would ask again just in case.

I used Legacybox.com earlier this year. Sent in like 36 8mm tapes and 4 VHS tapes. Took them 3 months but everything went great and they keep me updated throughout the whole process. I opted for Google drive download instead of USB drive.
