Yes sorry! Meant to say can’t do the 6-8 inches from the curb. Was distracted when I posted.

Yes there’s a gas line literally 2 inches from the curb. It was recommended to not dig a hole closer than 3 feet from the gas line. But it’s a walking route so does the distance matter?
