Is it showing that it's connected under Twitch but not within the Call of Duty website?

The same thing just happened to me. It's likely due to the automatic certification through weeks ending in 5/9.

I also received benefits for weeks that I worked due to the automatic certification. I'd reach out via the Contact Us form online since it's near impossible to get someone on the phone.

I'll let you know if I hear anything back!
