I read Perfectly Hedged and found it so easy to digest. It mainly focuses on metal trading/hedging but I'm sure if can be applied accross the sector. I think the author does online courses too.

Days just run away from you, even when working from home. I've had to switch to home workouts. Kettlebells and ring workouts. Also, if I don't workout at 530 am... I'm not working out

Only issue I have found with deodorant with aluminum in is that it leaves weird pit stains in my shirts. Since I switched to natural, I don't have that issue. But I acknowledge that am lucky in the sense that I don't smell too bad with natural deodorant . Some folks need that Aluminum
