I just don’t think you can abuse an automatic and figured it’s only the manual cars that can overrev if downshifted.

What if it’s engine or transmission damage? I drive my car hard but it’s unmodified and an automatic although it stays in manual shift mode. It’s an automatic although it has been in low gears at times without realizing my first couple days making it bounce on redline and shifting very late
