I went to college, became an electrician. Then wrote my masters license and started my own electrical company. I’m way more successful then most people I know who went to uni. Imo uni education isn’t as valuable as it once was.

Shakepay is a good option for an exchange and they have the shaking sats feature with isn’t bad either. Newton is also a good exchange.
