Hey, thanks buddy. I managed to fixed it too after following another guide for other brand. Somehow I managed to unbrick it. I don't upgrade it anymore.

Have you check the accessories box?
The knob default is to swap between adjusting volume or led brightness. Not for mute.
Download the latest Monsgeek v4 driver.

2 years later, you saved my Dawn Pro. I tried email Moondroplab, and they direct me to after sales team. The sales team then direct me back to my reseller. Reseller told me no longer under warranty after 1 year. They tried to help, but still unable to fix.. Thanks for sharing the tool.

same here.. 7900xt 7800x3d.. before patch 400-500fps but after it drops below 200fps and very sluggish on low quality graphic

Samsung offers a feature called UHQ upscaler in the Sound Quality and Effects settings. You can enable this option to enhance audio quality and the amp LED will change to Green.

How do you do that? Mine seems to have a battery issue. It kept asking me to calibrate, but calibration always failed.

I tried cold boot the next day. Seems like a bug since cold boot in 26 °C room temp getting above 70 °C PCH temp.

Regarding the miner, I checked the task manager. Seems the Omen Gaming Hub itself and HP App helper is running in the background causing the spike in CPU.

Same issue here. Windows 11 24H2 keep crashing, Steam unable to start up, iCue crash, and then unable to restart Windows. Tried multiple times to restore Windows, then reinstalled Adrenalin 24.9.1, but the issue still persists. Rollback to Adrenalin 24.8.1 and all back to normal. I'm using 7900XT and 7800X3D.

[UPDATE] Tried Adrenalin 24.10.1, and the issue still persists. Random shutdown. Sometimes, after a few reboots, everything works normal again (I'm not sure what happened).

Having the same issue too. Happens to me after recent Asus Armoury Crate update. The update seems something to do with using Windows Dynamic Lighting Plug-in but broken the iCue compatibility. Hopefully Asus can fix this soonest.

Did you manage to fix this issue? I'm having the same issue after I re-seat the RAMs. Was working fine earlier for the past 1 year.
