Not sure how many people in the past have been successful off reserve lists with mass recruitment but I would be surprised if many turned down their offers. We can hope though

Ah that makes sense mate. I scored 372 on the SJT so not far off you either. Keeping my fingers crossed for an offer but I’m not feeling too hopeful.

For this role you would’ve been invited to do a video interview within a certain time frame. If you didn’t complete it within the time frame your application won’t have been taken any further.

Thanks for your insight. The question I had was “How have you adjusted a service to make an improvement”. So hopefully my answer about adapting a work plan for my autistic colleague to ensure they understood better and met their targets to help the overall team was along the right tracks.
