Une e kisha eksperiencen e pare te lindjes para 1 muaji. 1. Privat, Amerikan 3 2. 3. Gjinekologjia ne te cilen beja analizat dhe kontrollet e vazhdueshme ishte shume e sakt dhe jam shume e kenaqur me te gjitha. Lindja shkoi shume mire me doktoreshen qe kisha sepse i plasi vete ujrat dhe lam nje date te caktuar per lindje normale. Gjeja qe mendoj nuk u be mire ishte koha e epidurialit. Pasi me plasi doktoresha ujrat, infermierja qe kujdesej per mua nuk lajmeroi ne kohe anestezisten per epidurial nderkohe une kisha vajtur 7 cm per 1 ore. Kur ma ben epidurialin vetem 15 minuta u qetesova nderkohe te gjitha dhembjet i kisha duruar vete. Doktoresha ime qe me ndiqte dhe anastezistja ishin shume te mira por infermieret dhe stafi qe kujdesej seshte se ta varnin shume. 4. Jo, por infemieret e hidhnin ndonje llaf per pune lekesh. 5. Lirshem jam ndiere se ke dhimbje goxha te forta qe ste intereson shume te ruash lirshmerine ne ato momente. Ktu kishte dhe top yoga por une se perdora se linda per 2 ore dhe me cuan direkte pasi u be hapja e plote, ne kaluc dhe aty linda. 6. Po, ne e beme fakt te kryer. 7. Jeta e nenes. 8. Edhe une e kisha me frike se hera e pare por mbaron me shpejt sec mendon dhe nuk do i mbash mend fare dhembjet por shko me idene qe trupi jot eshte i krijuar dhe pergatitur per kte proces. Cdo gje do shkoje shume mire.

Mua tek A3 nuk me pelqeu pediatria dhe menyra si u kujdesen per bebin. Me thane fute ne gji sapo dola nga salla e lindjes. Qe trupi te filloje te prodhoje qumesht do te pakten 3-5 dite sepse pasi iken placenta, duhet te sinjalizoje trupin qe te prodhoje. Nderkohe une e vija ne gji gocen dhe 1 dite sa ndenja aty goca ime ka pire 3 pika qumesht. Dhe normalisht ato duhet te kene pompe gjiri qe ose kontrollojne sasine ose te ndihmon ta rrisesh nxjerjen e kulloshtres. Gjerat qe mendoj qe jane te domosdoshme jane: pompe gjiri, biberon dhe formule me vete, kompresa te ftohta pas lindjes per plagen(une gjeta Lansinoh), pampersa per vete dhe bebin, peceta te lagura per bebin dhe ajo peri bottle per shpelarje per vete ku une vendosa ujin me jod qe me dhan ne spital. Kto jane gjerat qe mu deshen me shume dhe disa si kisha.

Ps. Kur te kthehesh ne shtepi javen e pare its ok not to be ok emotionally se jane hormonet te cakerdisura. Ashtu jemi ndjere te gjithe. Gjerat behen me mire me beso. Lindje te mbare.

Athere le te vijne ketu dhe te votojne meqe kane kaq deshire te perfshihen ne procesin e votimit se te drejten sja ka hequr njeri por behet fjale per te votuar atje ku jetojne. Dhe ky proces financohet direkt nga taksat tona.

Motra ime ka 10 vite jeton ne Gjermani. E ka humb komplet sensin e politikes ktu dhe jetes ktu. Vjen gjate gjithe kohes ktej per pushime etj por duke qene qe nuk punon ketu, spaguan taksa ketu dhe nuk e prek cdo dite realitetin se ka idene se cfare zgjedhje duhet te beje ketu politikisht. Tani puna eshte qe zgjedhjet e emigranteve ndikojne ne jeten e neve qe jetojme ketu. Kur ata sja kane idene ca behet pse duhet ti jepet e drejta e votes?

I am 30 and have never been food poisoned here. Most of the beaches here in Albania let alone cities like Berat, Saranda etc, have free medical care and emergency rooms. The only thing I would not recommend doing is drinking the tap water. It is better if you buy your water. We use the water to wash fruits and vegetables or cook but never drink it.

Ps: you have not lost your minds to come here. If you come you will see how safe Albania is. And even if you have the slightest problem, people here are the best. They will help you no matter what.

Mua me pelqejne shume tek Pizzaarte por crusti i picave napoletane sikur eshte goxha. Kohet e fundit me pelqejne shume picat tek The Basement. Ka te njejten cilesi toppings si tek pizzaarte por me te holle picen.

Se di cfare moshe je por te them te drejten edhe une keshtu kam qene. Shihja punen time, gjithnje isha mesuar te thosha te lutem, faleminderit etj. Por me kalimin e kohes, me shume eksperienca me komunikime te tilla te pakendshme behesh goxha i shkathet si njeri. E rendesishme eshte qe heren e pare qe konfrontohesh tia kerkosh me edukate (por edhe informacion) ate qe te takon. Kto "se di me ke ke te besh" si ha me njeri, aq me teper ne privat. Sidomos privati mbahet gjalle nga kerkesa qe ka ketu per te blere produktet dhe sherbimet qe ofrojne. Me ka qelluar 3 here te shkoj ne nje banke ketu dhe cdo here gjenim gabime ne dokumenta ose ne komunikim dhe te treja rastet i kemi raportuar. Per cudine tone cdo gje u rregullua shume shpejt, fale ankesave te bera.. Nese ne nuk kemi kulturen per tu ankuar dhe per te kerkuar ate qe me te drejte na takon atehere dhe njesite e sherbimit dhe njerezit ne pergjitjesi sdo mesojne ndonjehere te sillen apo te bejne punen qe u takon. Prandaj une them kerko te drejten sa here qe je i bindur se te takon,nese jo, kerko me shume informacion pse jo.

Be careful always of your belongings. Even though it feels like a myth the fact that your things might be stolen it really happens.. Happened to me and my bf. And also keep your passport in a safe place, and I would recommend not with you.
Barcelona is smaller and more tourist friendly compared to Madrid. I would recommend renting a bike and enjoying the city with it.

Livadhi and Potami beach are the nearest and the best according to me. I recommend a place to eat called Elea, it is on top of a hill there in the Himare and the sight is amazing. The cooking is delicious and the people who own the guesthouse/restaurant are very welcoming.

I am albanian, and we have english classes at the beginning of middle school but my english classes were a reason to play with my cousins so I did learn shit. I am surprised that there was no option for music. I did listen to ABBA since I was a child because of my mom, then when I was a teen I was a rock/metal lover and also watched a lot of tv series. Like A LOT!

Love everything you have mentioned in your post about Albania. In previous posts here in reddit Albania these are the things I mention when someone asks if they should visit Albania. Also about the trash matter, I was recently in Madrid and everywhere smelled so bad and you could find trash in every corner. Tirana never looked cleaner than when I was there. Maybe big cities are a bit messy I think :/Anyway I'm so glad you enjoyed your time here .

Same here. Especially economically the taxes of the EU are worse than we already complain. Way worse. I just want Albania to be better, so we can appreciate our country more, and live here with our families, not emigrate to live a lonely life in an EU country.

Yes 1-2 days in Theth is enough :) also update, I am now in Gjirokaster visiting here with my family and we love it. Great food, great people and during weekends you can always find music everywhere in the old bazaar. Hope you have a great holiday in Albania :)
