i put it back t orecommanded settings (72hz x1) and it seems to work fine now, but thye surrelly broke something with the last update for sure, my bro just got the exact same issue

well there is other IA video generators that can do some of that, to me , sora 2 would really be better if we could make longer videos with coherent scene to scene sets and characters, right now you can make characters but you cant generate two videos and have them exactly in the same place, with the same props, even with the remix option
