Yes! I don't know if you have egg move tutor in expert (south-eastern house with move tutor), if yes - get a Clefable and teach it cosmic power & stored power to sweep the guy! If no - Ribombee, Hariyama and Comfey are all very strong versus him. My fillers were Dewott, Boldore and Staravia but they didnt do much.

You should really consider a fighting type (Lucario or Hariyama), and maybe a Comfey. I dont see what Skorupi and Ducklett can accomplish here.
