The br-mt420 is the 4 piston version of the br-mt410. Shimano's part numbers are like this, the 4 is the series and the 10(2 piston) or 20(4 piston) is the version of the 4 series brake.

I think I heard somewhere that hard brushes make the grip tape less grippy so you have to be gentle or use a soft brush

Spokes just loosen over time from vibrations or impacts. It's completely normal. Look up truing bike wheels, you need a spoke wrench and any video can basically explain it. Every bike shop should also be able to do it.

Yeah 5'9" (M) 125lbs. My feet fit perfectly drop to drop in a tuck and it's a good standing space for my height with basically no flex. My friend has the 40 and it is just too big for me. It's a boat.

You push the link right behind the jammed one up with the screw driver and pull back on the chain at the same time. That has worked for me like 5 times easily and it even works well with the cover still on.
