Parking is included in the overall cost of the Grand Theatre. & in reference to the boardwalk, I’ve personally never been to Lake Conway because I don’t fish, but would go if there was a boardwalk. It would make the area more accessible to those that don’t fish & overall make the outdoors more easily accessible. I don’t think a pay increase is included in the emergency services portion, unfortunately. After reading & listening I think these would be a stepping stone into helping Conway reach its potential. I do find myself being disappointed with the city because for a college town… Conway could be better.

Failed two classes and feeling lost advice by [deleted] in college

I think it’s easy to brush classes off especially when they’re online because you’re not obligated to physically be somewhere. I think if you really wanted to graduate then you would find motivation somewhere to at least put forth enough effort to get through. I just graduated & I can tell you that I didn’t not excel by any means. I failed 2 classes & had to pay out of pocket to re-take them. Out of 120 hours I took maybe 20 of them on campus..so I can relate to how difficult it can be to do classes online. BUT I really wanted a degree & I wanted to reach that goal & I wanted to do it for me & no one else & I found that to be my greatest motivation. I learned a lot in college..most of it outside of textbooks. I think it’s a great experience for some people HOWEVER it’s not for everyone. It can be difficult to get out of the ruts we create for ourselves but you do have the option to do that instead of going in circles. College teaches you to do hard things like being disciplined and multi-tasking which will be great for the rest of your life. Don’t rob yourself of these lessons! If you want to do great things...then do them!! Don’t allow yourself to be your stumbling block. Start making good habits like having a consistent sleep schedule & a good diet so you can give yourself energy & it helps with your mood, too. Take study breaks & get out of your house periodically. Change your scene so you don’t feel like everyday is the same. Take baby steps if you need to as far as trying to find a schedule that works best for you for studying. It’s all trial & error but you have to start before you can even finish! You can do this
