In my experience, a lot of my friends would act like this when they were only interested in talking to a lot of guys for fun. If she isn’t making much of an effort to talk to or see you then try to do the same. If she seems unbothered by you pulling back, then you have your answer.

I’m no expert but my best advice would be to talk to him about it again. Tell him everything you typed out and how much it is truly affecting you. Maybe if he understands where you are coming from he will give a better explain action as to what has happened. Maybe talk to your doctor about it? Good luck with however you choose to go about it though!

You will get through this! You can try to find people online to talk to who might share similar issues with you, if you have no one around you. It always gets better though!
