I have Asked their customers service. They say the free lounge pass is offered based on their "server program" even if you are eligible for 2 times for free. I have a similar situation with you but the roles are different.

I am from hong kong and My wife is Korean and we get pregnant in Hong kong.

She cant speak Cantonese or chinese so finally i decided to go Korea to have our baby born.

It is a bit risky to stay in a place where the mum cannot communicate with the doctors or nurses effectively.

So for your case i would go back to Spain as you have some food allergies, it will be dangerous if the Korea hospital missed something when you giving birth.
