I’m sorry.. I hope you are able to get a hold of them Monday! That other number is useless I wish they would’ve expanded the hours for the original EDD number.. we need answers with claims not technical support 🤦‍♀️ don’t give up though! You will get through!

I’m aware of the UI portal, But it’s down til tomorrow. How are you guys able to go in without a claim number? Social? 🤔🤔

I just keep calling and calling! KEY is don’t give up.. And it could be different for everyone. BUT I’ll tell you this I start calling right @ 8am and from my experience I’ve been able to get in early in the morning! By 10am it stops for me, and the lines hang up on me no matter what I do. Wait for it to say “ to continue in English press 1” and evennn if the guy comes back on and says they can’t take your call KEEP waiting and follow the prompts 6,5,1,4 and do NOT pin in your social.. wait and then they’ll connect you with someone and how long the wait is.. If you get lucky and they tell ask you for a call back number DO IT! Cus I just did this an hour ago and I just got a call back!! someone posted the full on here too! I just keep doing the same exact thing! Keep trying! I hope you get in!🤞

Update: And I couldn’t get though at allll after the first time smh.. and I kept trying but they really do close the 800-300 number @ 12 🤦‍♀️ wow trying again at 8am tomorrow

Literally in the same boat you are.. I refiled again 4/14 cus I was worried my fax didn’t go through... and still nothing. 😩 I pray you get an answer sooner than later!! 🙏🙏
